We use custom-designed, reinforced packaging and delicate tissue wrapping to secure each stem. While some minor shedding is natural during transit, our methods ensure your bouquet arrives full and beautiful.
Do I need to water my dried flower arrangements?
No, dried flowers do not require any water. In fact, moisture can cause them to become limp or develop mold. Simply place them in your favorite dry vase and enjoy.
What is your return policy for delicate decor items?
We offer a 14-day return window for most decor items. However, due to their fragile nature, custom-made dried flower arrangements are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Yes, we prioritize sustainability. Most of our colored pampas and florals are tinted using non-toxic, vegetable-based dyes that are safe for your home environment.
