At Dried Flowers & Decor, we want you to love your botanical arrangements, but if they aren't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please note that due to their delicate nature, all returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your dried florals or decor items in their original protective box to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring all stems are secured.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our floral team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
